I really have taken my eye off the ball, drunk and eaten like there is no tomorrow.
So now I have to knuckle down and shift the weight again. I am still suffering from the all nighter I pulled on Saturday/Sunday and today is Tuesday.
This week I will avoid all junk food and stick to the Training plan.
Today is the first day I done that. I have consumed absolutely no junk food and I have not drunk coffee either.
I had two apples, a tin of sardines and a salad. I drank water and green tea.
While I am a bit tired...I am no where near as tired as the last few weeks. I am convinced it is the lack of caffeine and sugar that makes me feel better.
