Week 21

Mentally getting better, due running and weight a little better. I need to stop punishing myself for not reaching unrealistic goals. Let's set better goals and reach those.

Week I don't know....


Ever get that feeling,  no matter what you that you are still depressed?

You try and modify things and nothing changes?

Or seek advice and no one really listens to you? 

You explain things in detail about how you experience an aspect of your life and every one tells you to do the same thing again and again. 

You tell them "I have tried that and that does not work."  But still they insist on you trying the same thing over and over again.

I just wish someone would have the time and respect to 

FUCKIN LISTEN TO ME, ABSORB WHAT I SAY, THINKING ABOUT WHAT THAT MEANS  AND MODIFY THEIR RESPONSE ACCORDINGLY

Week Nine

 Weight still stuck. Did nearly 70km. Will be  in the flat and can run more and avoid snacks






Week Eight

 Weight is not moving.  Did nearly 60km. Need to build in rest weeks every 4th week and more intense runs.  did a copper test and got 2.55km. Which is good. Monthly total nearly 200km

 Struggling to get out but did 20km  more than last week. Weight still at 81.  Hoping to run more this week.

Week Five

 Got to that point when after five weeks no noticeable gains are being made & I feel very depressed. I will do a cooper test today and maybe after 5 weeks of no smoking and only drinking once in the past five weeks I will have an improvement on 2.44km

Week Four

Not had any alcohol or nicotine for a month now.  Not really missing it.  Gonna try and drop sugary snacks this month,  biscuits chocolate etc. Weight now under 80kgs.  Not as much as last week but a marathon done.  I noticed that in  doing the longer runs I am feeling better mentally which I put down to using fruit rather than sugary snacks.  a total of 300km of running and 50km  in walking done. 

I want to build on this base in February.  The target is to do do speed work twice a week and drop the weight by another couple  of kilograms.  The fourth week will be  a rest and recovery week.

Week Three

Ran more, 80km in total and a 36km on Sunday. doing more in weighted jacket. Weight starting to drop under 80kg. Planning to do 48 next weekend
