Week Nine

 Weight still stuck. Did nearly 70km. Will be  in the flat and can run more and avoid snacks






Week Eight

 Weight is not moving.  Did nearly 60km. Need to build in rest weeks every 4th week and more intense runs.  did a copper test and got 2.55km. Which is good. Monthly total nearly 200km
