The last three weeks I have been recovering from the 24 hour race.
Most of the soreness was over by the middle of the first week.
But this hamstring is still not right so I am not running. I am still doing the seven minute HIITS and a bit of swimming.
I have an appointment on 11th June with a physio. Hopefully as that will be a month since the race it should be almost better.
I am quite pleased to have kept the weight stable around 70kg for the last three weeks.
