A week at home and my weight has suffered. A few too many beers and home cooking don't help.
I managed a couple of swims and finally a run of six kilometres. On the journey up to Dortmund I paid for it as the stiffness in the hamstring was worse.
I really don't know if I should train normally with intervals and hills, train easy or not train at all.
I have a physio appointment on Thursday when I can get some authorative advice.
