Spartathlon is done.
I have been pretty weak and run down for the last few weeks and the amount of drinking and eating has not helped.
Fatih is back so I can start training again. I intend to keep up the training and go back to the strict eating regime
Four half hill sessions wearing the weighted jacket. This is now seven kilos in weight.
Two 12km tempo runs with Fatih
Two 10km recovery run alone
Two swims, one on Wednesday and one on Sunday
One 20km tempo...preferably up to the Großer Feldburg and back.
Five sets of core seven minute exercises
I believe with the above I can finish the hill. With fair weather we can get close to a course record.
