I have run over 40km in the past week. Almost a marathon.
Slowly building up to something decent.
I have rarely run over 100km in a week so I see that as half way to getting back to a level of fitness.
My weekly visit to the doctors have highlighted almost nothing. My anemia is under control and the 24 hour monitoring of my heart rate and blood pressure only pointed out that I have a low pulse and a blood pressure to go with it.
