I did my first Rory since March. 3:48 quite happy with that after such a long lay off.
I have started running regularly and I am hoping to have a proper schedule sorted out in the next two weeks. There are several key points when planning a schedule
1) Make sure it fits with work and home life.
2) Make sure it fits with my travel.
3) Make sure not to do too much too quickly.
4)Make sure there is enough speed work in there for Sparta
5) Make sure that the goals are set in accordance with what is achievable.
